Submission Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Urban Genius Comedy Presents audition showcase. The following are requirements to be considered for the showcase and subsequent Season 1 filming.
Please read and follow instructions carefully and accurately.
THE CASTING PROCESS
There is a 3-part audition and casting process to be considered for the show, along with a small one-time processing fee.
PART 1 | APPLICATION
Complete the application form below and submit your materials and performance link along with a one-time application fee for review by our talent casting team.
If selected, you will be invited to perform at an upcoming Showcase Audition for
Season 1 of
Urban Genius Comedy Presents...
PART 2 | AUDITION
Once selected to audition, each comedian must be available for scheduled showcase date.
It is here that our talent casting team will watch you perform your best 10-min set.
Top comedians will be notified of their selection and shooting date
PART 3 | LIVE FILMING
Comedians selected must arrive on set at their given call time for filming. Here they will perform their full 30-minute set at the live taping.
*Please note, that the production team may provide notes to ensure the best possible look and performance on camera.
